These are working documents, not portraits. They are taken in daylight against the studio wall, re-shot every eight weeks or after any change worth flagging, and dated so a casting knows exactly how old what they are looking at is.
Nothing here is corrected - not the skin, not the color, not the hair. If a package needs raw files or a video walk, the agency sends both the same day.
