Questions
Asked before booking
The five that come up on almost every call.
Do you travel outside Paris, Milan and New York?
Yes - Copenhagen and Tokyo are both on the show history, and anywhere with a direct flight is workable in season. Travel days are booked as working days and the agency handles the papers.
How current are the measurements and polaroids?
The tape is run every eight weeks and the polaroid set is re-shot on the same schedule. Both carry their dates on the page, so what you see is exactly as old as it says it is.
How long does an option hold?
Through the agency, an option holds the dates for 72 hours before it needs confirming or releasing. In fashion month that window can shorten - the booker will say so upfront.
Can we shoot new digitals before confirming?
Yes. A fresh set takes a day and arrives dated, with raw files if the casting wants them. Ask the agency and it is usually back before the option expires.
Who signs off usage for campaigns?
Cedre Management, before the shoot day. Send territories, media and term with the enquiry and the usage letter comes back with the confirmation.
